Our Story

Denpyo (伝票) means 'voucher' or 'receipt slip' in Japanese — those humble paper documents that every business owner in Japan knows all too well. After more than 20 years of building and running businesses in Japan, we experienced firsthand how much time and money gets lost to manual expense tracking.

Tax season in Japan can be stressful. Between keeping track of receipts, categorizing expenses correctly, and calculating deductions, many freelancers and small business owners miss out on legitimate tax savings simply because the process is too cumbersome.
